What we do

We work with athletes of all ages and levels of experience from across South Africa, we also coach athletes internationally to help them achieve their goals and reach their full cycling potential.

Our cycling coaching is for anyone who wishes to improve their cycling performance in road cycling, mountain biking and time trialing events.

We offer:

    • Customized training plan tailored to each athlete’s personal goals, experience, fitness level and time availability.

How we work

Training programs (customized and event specific options)

We build customized training programs to suite your specific needs, abilities and time available so that you can reach your goals.

We build all of our custom training programs and event specific training programs on Training Peaks using either heart rate zones or power zones.

What do you need:

  • GPS unit that is able to connect and upload Training Peaks.
  • Heart rate monitor strap.
  • Open a free basic online account with Training Peaks.
  • Power meter – Optional

Skills sessions

Our skills sessions can be done individually or in groups.

We offer 3 different mountain bike and road cycling skills sessions:

  • Beginner
  • Intermediate
  • Advanced
